Smart WiFi Thermostat + Rewiring and running of new wire from furnace to thermostat.
Based on two journeymen at one hour per person to route new wiring from the new furnace to the location of the new thermostat. Up to 25′ of eight-conductor 18-gauge communication wire. Connecting and configuring the new thermostat, and training the user on it. Smart thermostat shall be an Emerson touch screen product. Any opening of walls / ceilings / floors and subsequent repairs shall be done on a time and materials basis.
