Our base callout is $79 for the service call (truck charge, shop supplies, and first fifteen minutes of driving time); and our Plumbing and Gasfitting Class-B labour rate is $128 per hour; and our Heat Pump / Air Conditioning and Gasfitting Class-A labour rate is $148 per hour: minimum one hour, and half hour increments thereafter. Depending on the nature of the work, some jobs we are happy to offer as fixed bids. Materials and permits, when applicable, are extra.
Our business hours are 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday, Pacific Time Zone. Afterhours evenings, weekends, and holidays (premium rate) service and support is available upon request. Premium rate is 2.0 times regular rate, with a minimum two hour call-out. Our office hours are 9:30am to 4pm.
